Well located, quiet, excellent room facilities including tea/ coffee making/kettle, friendly staff, breakfast - excellent quality and value. Good location very near metro stop. Ideal for visits to Montjuic, for Montjuic cable car, just continue walking up the road from the hotel to o the top of the hill, and then climb the miriad steps. Museums are near to Cable car station too....

The front desk staff are helpful and friendly. I was given an iron and board when I asked for one. My room was clean and had air conditioning and a TV. The only thing that I might have liked was a kettle. Breakfast was down the corridor from me on the first floor, with everything I needed... free flowing coffee, juice, nice pastries, simple cooked breakfast, cheese, ham, fruit etc. And then I was able to leave...

This hotel is in a solid location with access to facilities you need and for transportation around the city.
I definitely want to recognize Juan Antonio who is such an asset to the team there as he's very considerate and kind. He allowed me access to my room a little early. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Only downside was our room was opposite the Burger King with a majorly bright sign. The room did have blackout curtains which helped substantially. It was quite a noisy area but it is in the middle of a very busy area so is only to be expected. The location was fine, but after spending nearly $1200 for a week, this place was not it.
The first room we had, had a strange smell. Almost like something smelled bad and they added scented cleaner to mask it and it didn't work. The floor was sticky. There was a lot of dirt on the baseboards. Just not a super clean space. We complained and they moved us up 2 floors. The next room was better. Air was cleaner and ove...
