Location was great. We arrived via metro from the airport and the stop was only a couple blocks away, right next to Casa Batllo, in fact.
Check-in took awhile. Not sure if we just arrived at a busy time, but 4 other parties were waiting to check-in before us (family of 5 with 3 small kids) and the one guy behind the desk was not nearly checking those parties in a timely manner. Luckily though, a second employee sho...

Very clean and helpful staff. Rooms are a good size and bathrooms are nice. Will be back one day. Had an issue where i had to shorten my trip and the manager was very helpful in accommodating and helpful. Barcelona its self is very busy city and has lots of good tours....

Based on other European hotels I have stayed at in the same price category The Petit Palace Museum is spacious and well located. The room was clean and stocked with toiletry essentials including toothbrushes. Our room included a small terrace which offered a nice respite to get some air and soak in the city atmosphere. I stay here every time I come to BCN. Natalia & Angel at the front desk are amazing!!! They are always smiling & helpful with anything I need. They make me feel welcome.
The hotel is in a great location - convenient to sites, restaurants & shopping.
The rooms all vary- some are larger than others but always clean & good value for the price....

Excellent location for walking around, shopping and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet, good value for money. Dont expect luxury but the room was spacious and clean. The hotel would benefit from a renovation but if you dont intend to spend too much time in the room, or prefer to be by the sea side, it is a great choice.
I would like to thank Angel at the reception for his kind help to set up my appointment....
