Beautiful hotel located in the central of Barcelona. Concierge Ivan snd Mario very helpful and knowledgeable as where the 2 mornings Ladies concierge. Plenty of selection at Breakfast. Large bedroom with large terrace. Lady C...

No natural light

The only positive aspect of this hotel is its excellent location in the city center. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was very disappointing.
The hotel is extremely dark, and the rooms lack natural light. I stayed here with a group of 15 people, and most of us faced the same issue: rooms that felt closed in, with no daylight. This created a very uncomfortable atmosphere throughout our stay.

Dirty Room with Ants

I give this hotel the lowest rating possible because it is filthy. Within hours of arriving I realized my room was infested with ants (I would post the video if allowed). I had absolutely no food present that would cause this. Staff tried to help. They moved me to another room, but that room had dried blood on sheets and poop stain in toilet. Also the elevator may be unavailable in bad rain storms because of roof ...

This was the best hotel we've stayed anywhere in the world so far! I had never heard of that Room Mate brand and was a bit skeptical. Especially since the pricing was so affordable with our AARP discounts. There couldn't be a better location if you are visiting Barcelona. Had a lovely 5 day stay here. Nice boutique hourly (100 rooms) well located for restos and gaudi houses. Lovely and helpful path. Nice to have plunge pool in the heat. All excellent. Room nice with small balcony. Very nice queen bed and good WiFi....
