Great stay in October. Very good location hotel. Service very good at all times. Room very clean and modern. Bar facilities basic but available if required. Very good hotel and recommend...

We were fortunate enough to receive an upgrade on check in. We had a huge room with a seating area and plenty of space for our cases as well as a huge walk in shower.
Whilst the dark decor wasnt to our taste, the room was immaculately clean and also very quiet.
The location is also great for exploring Barcelona. Wed have no hesitation in staying here again....

I am staying in Room mate collection Gerard hotel in Barcelona .
Unfortunately, I had a very bad situation with the front office manger tonight Sep.27 , time 21:20.
Early morning when i left the hotel,I talked to front desk to leave a note to house keeping to change the bed cover, because I spilled a coffee on it.I even left a written note to till the maid about it.

The Gerard was a lovely surprise. It is well located close to the city centre but far enough away to avoid the noise and hustle of a world class city. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the staff were always courteous and helpful. The restaurant only serves breakfast but there are many very good eateries nearby covering all tastes.
