Husband and I stayed for 2 night. Staff on Reception friendly and speak English. We were early having got an early flight but we left our luggage and headed off and it didn't take too long until we were emailed the entry code for our hotel room. Booking details hacked and guest scammed

I was booked to visit the hotel in three months time but my booking details was hacked from the hotels booking system. I replied to a message that fooled me into thinking that I was in contact with the hotel. As a result I was scammed and a large amount of money was taken from my account. I only received a very belated apology from the hotel and no offer of recompense even though the hotel acknowledged their system ...

Great Location. Staff generally polite. Not too much choice on Breakfast. Couldn't even get a fried egg. On website, they say rooms have been refurbished,very deceiving. No difference between Design rooms and Comfort rooms at all.
