Great Location. Staff generally polite. Not too much choice on Breakfast. Couldn't even get a fried egg. On website, they say rooms have been refurbished,very deceiving. No difference between Design rooms and Comfort rooms at all. All I can say is, Premier Inn is way better .There was also a lot of road works taking place in front of the hotel .Had gone to celebrate my 55th birthday but we were disappointed to an e...

Had a wonderful stay . The staff (Mr. Yurkin,Ms Mimi & Ms Laky at the reception ) were very friendly and helpful. Room is spotless. And location couldnt get better.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the town with good breakfast and very friendly staff

Very friendly staff. Special mention for Joaquim. Breakfast is excellent. Room is very neat and clean. Bathroom is also very good layout. Water fountain in each floor for filling up drinking water bottles. Excellent location on Rambla near Plaza de Catalunya.
We were on first floor and the metro sound will come to the room. I will definitely stay here during my next visit but will ask for a higher floor....

Lovely reception staff but beds hard

The location was really good and the staff were lovely. Very helpful.
The issue we had was the bed was really hard and the pillows werent very soft.
There was a water leak while we were there. But instead of knocking they keyed in the number to our door and opened it. Then said reception and came in. My husband and I were in bed luckily I had a nightshirt on. I wasnt very happy about that what if wed been having ...
