We were a group of four people who stayed at this hotel for two nights.
First of all, I would like to mention that the staff were very kind and professional throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was also convenient, and the rooms were clean and well maintained.

Didn't know what to expect after seeing some mixed reviews, but we booked it anyway as we needed a hotel the night before joining a cruise. Well, I'm pleased to report that the hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were warm, friendly and our check in was great. I enjoyed staying at this hotel tho a few minor issues
Great location for conference centre, nice big room with good shower and sea view, also close to Diagnonal Mar shopping centre also had supermarket for snacks. Friendly staff let me check in at 1230. Good cafe with plugs

Very disappointing experience not worthy of a 4-star hotel.
I stayed at this hotel from April 17 to April 19 (Room 410) and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations.
There were multiple serious issues during my stay:
- Hygiene problems in the bathroom (toilet and bathtub were not properly cleaned photo evidence available)
