I stayed here while attending a conference at the CCIB, which is conveniently located just across the street. Very pleasant choice of stay, with a great rooftop pool for resting during breaks....

The hotels location is great if you are attending events nearby. However, the rooms are in poor condition, very basic, and overpriced for the value offered. The front office team is generally helpful, but my experience with one agent, Marilija, was unacceptable. She was extremely rude, showed zero empathy, and displayed no customer service skills. Avoid at all costs!! The reception staff were beyond rude. Our room was smelling so bad because of a sewage problem and the woman I spoke with on the desk kept saying she couldnt do anything, rolling her eyes at me and giving me filthy looks. I said I think we just need to move rooms she then kept saying as I said, I will send housekeeping up. She then looked away from me asked someone else to deal with me. I...

I was worried to stay here after reading some of the reviews on here, and wanted to write this for anyone thinking of staying. I couldn't have had a lovelier stay! Location was unbelievably perfect for Primavera. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, helped me book a taxi for my return this morning ahead of time.
