I was worried to stay here after reading some of the reviews on here, and wanted to write this for anyone thinking of staying. I couldn't have had a lovelier stay! Location was unbelievably perfect for Primavera. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, helped me book a taxi for my return this morning ahead of time. Extremely Disappointed Poor Customer Service and Concerns About Theft

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. On the morning of my checkout, I specifically took my cap out and placed it in the cupboard to wear later in case of rain. However, I accidentally left it behind when checking out. Realising this within three hours, I returned to the hotel to retrieve it.

Stayed for 2 nights and had a good time. Check in was ok even if the guy behind the desk seemed a little grumpy. Rooms are really nice and modern, although fridge didnt work and had to call to get air con fixed after sleeping in a room that crept up to 27 degrees! But all was fixed ok. We have stayed at this hotel the last two year coming to Barcelona The hotel is in a great location straight on tube into the city 5 minute walk to the beach and in a great shopping area .
