We loved the Hotel. The location was close the the Familia Sagrada Cathedral and many fine restaurants. Alejandro at the front desk was great. We had a superior room and the view from the balcony was amazing. To see the Familia Sagrada Cathedral at night unbelievable. Thanks again Alejandro for making our short visit a wonderful experience. We are to visit again next year we will definitely stay there....

Neglected room and Lack of Staff support

During my recent stay at Sagrada Familia Hotel Barcelona last November 08-11 2025, I was assigned Room 112, where the air conditioning which I found out later when I returned after my tour, was not functioning. This issue was confirmed by the evening receptionist, who personally checked the unit. Unfortunately, he informed me that the hotel was fully booked and unable to offer a room change that night. Its an absolutely lovely hotel very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with genuinely friendly and helpful staff. The whole place feels well looked after, and everything is kept spotless. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay theres such a great variety, and everything was fresh and tasty. Id definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area....

This was one of the worst hotels ive ever stayed in. For a start, there were stairs to get to the reception and there was a disabled lift, but they wouldnt let me use it for my heavy luggage. The rooms were worn down, the walls are paper thin (i could hear zippers opening and closing next door), the bedsheets were unclean since day 1 and never changed. The AC is very noisy so you cant sleep, the towels were not re...

We booked our room 2 months before arrival and requested a double room. One week before arriving we received an email offering an upgrade for 18 pounds. We declined the offer but repeated our request for a double room.
Imagine our disappointment when we arrived to be told they only allocate rooms on the day and they had no double rooms available. Not professional. Not happy.
