Cancelled holiday without any explanation

Very disappointing as got upcoming trip booked to stay at hotel in June however had email advising the hotel not accepting booking due to a group booking when there are 6 adults booked into 5 separate rooms and have advised have to seek alternative accommodation within 7 days or else they will cancel booking in full. No explanation given and no rationale for this beating in mind this was package booking with flights ...

The hotel offered a free upgrade for our three-night stay and then charged us extra for the second two nights. The breakfast served low-quality food. We dont recommend it....

We had a very comfortable stay at the Hotel Sagrada Família. Our room was clean and comfortable and the location is excellent for visiting the Basilica de la Sagrada Família .
Upon arrival on 28 Oct., my wife, who has lupus, was feeling terrible after an overnight flight. I explained her condition, and the clerk (Marin?) asked housekeeping to prepare our room first. We were in our room be 11:00AM. We deeply appreci...

We loved the Hotel. The location was close the the Familia Sagrada Cathedral and many fine restaurants. Alejandro at the front desk was great. We had a superior room and the view from the balcony was amazing. To see the Familia Sagrada Cathedral at night unbelievable. Thanks again Alejandro for making our short visit a wonderful experience. We are to visit again next year we will definitely stay there....

Neglected room and Lack of Staff support

During my recent stay at Sagrada Familia Hotel Barcelona last November 08-11 2025, I was assigned Room 112, where the air conditioning which I found out later when I returned after my tour, was not functioning. This issue was confirmed by the evening receptionist, who personally checked the unit. Unfortunately, he informed me that the hotel was fully booked and unable to offer a room change that night.
