Great experience- a port during a power outage storm
Travelled on 04/2025
Just fantastic- have to say - this was a welcome respite when the power outage happened- so thankful to have a shower, lighting, air conditioning and a working atm on the premises during a city wide power crisis.
This helped me stay in contact with family back in the United States
Very friendly multilingual staff; very professional.

Please be aware thieves operate on the lobby and bar area . I had my backpack containing laptop wallet etc taken from under my bar stool whilst having dinner at the curved bar in the lobby.
Sadly the duty reception staff were not over interested in helping report this to the police and when I asked to speak to the duty manager, I was told there was no duty manager on duty until then morning - very poor!

A bit mixed, but overall good

On the downside the pillows were really hard and hurt my neck, also the beds are made up as two singles but pushed together as if they are a proper double bed. O n the upside the food was good, and the reception staff and bar staff were great, and really helpful. A big shout out to Daniela who worked on the bar. I look forward to coming back next year....

A very good conference hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are modern and clean. The breakfast is very rich and varied and the service is very friendly. Disadvantage: it is close to the industrial port and away from the inner city. The metro station is a 5-minute walk away and the city can be reached by metro in about 15-20 minutes....

very clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great architecture, close to Metro and suburban railway. shopping mall within 10 mins walking distance. gym is equipped with quality devices. for those using public transport to the city: easy connection to the city using trains to Plaza Espanya and change to metro there....
