3 nights stay, room was clean, no tea and coffee facilities in room although advertised! Breakfast adequate, food was lukewarm not hot . Continental selection ok and kept us going for a while ! Staff pleasant and friendly and informative on reception.
Advertised as rooftop pool and bar ! Not very welcoming, bar wasnt open and according to staff hasnt been for months , no comfy seating no cushions and pool no more ...

Good hotel in Barcelona close to Las Ramblas and in a very walkable location. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was excellent....

A very clean, quiet, air-conditioned hotel with helpful receptionists. One in particular arranged for a kettle in our room on our arrival with no fuss at all (coffee is available at a station in reception but we English need our tea !!! ). I stayed 3 nights with my 16 year old granddaughter during the heat wave - the air con was very welcome and so was the pool and the iced, flavoured water in reception !! My grand...

Two nights with no hot water...no warnings from the management, no apologies.
Despite being in a good location and with nice rooms, the way management did not manage the situation made it an experience to forget.
I do not recommend this hotel and I will not be returning....

the best beds i have ever come across in my stay ever. the rooms are comfortable and have a great view of the road outside gving you the city vibe, but with barely traffic.
