Beware of their charges! Booked this hotel in advance for our February 2025 stay, cancelled it one week before the check-in day. That was done while still within the free cancellation period.
Got charged the deposit fee and hotel management just keeps ignoring my email requests for a refund....

Had a short 4 day stay and hotel was in a convenient location for what I wanted to see on this my second trip here. It's about a little over a half mile to Sagrada FamÃlia, a half mile in the other direction to the Arc de Triomf, which is near a nice park and the Picasso museum where there are plenty of good restaurants. Sercotel Caspe was a great experience for us and our stay. We arrived here a little earlier than check in time and they were able to get us a room right away. The staff are incredibly friendly and greet you every time they see you. Everyday we went out to explore the city and do excursions and every time we came back our room was cleaned up! The locate of the hotel is close to a good Bakery and near by many restaurants. The hotel have a atractive lounge and a good customer service, in the lounge have a pinball table, it's too cool to stay there. The breakfast was good, they have good foods, coffees and hot milk. I was booking for a group of 90 friends and families for before and after our cruise. Our contact Sandra M. was very helpful.
Thank you very much for you and your staffs' hospitality for hosting our group. It was not easy to handle our noisy group at the lobby! Clean and spacious rooms and great breakfast were greatly appreciated.
