I had a pleasant stay at the Sercotel Caspe in Barcelona this October with a friend. The concierge were very helpful with planning trips around the city. The room was mostly clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is situated in a good location, close to the Sagrada Familia, and right by the Tetuan metro station which provides routes across the city. Hotel was modern and clean, some staff were more attentive than others. Very comfortable bed and adequate room with good facilities. However, TV couldnt be tuned to any British channels even though Spain can reach Sky news. Also the TV was not smart. However, this didnt really matter as we were hardly in the room. Definitely you can find another good hotel on this area. They lost my Birkenstock and the reception even try to check if they find. Dont recommend, for the price, its not rentable...

The hotel is clean with a modern look and feel. It is conveniently located and we were able to easily walk to Sagrada Familia as well as to La Rambla and Gothic quarter. Hotel has convenient parking (additional cost) and we were able to leave the car parked for some time even after having checked out. Stayed here for 3 nights as a base as days were spent out and about. Didnt have brekie here or use gym/ bar etc so cant comment on them.
Room was a bit musty when we arrived so opened the very small window. Rooms quite dark, prob not helped by the big metal grates on them. Had to close window at night as noisy from general street sounds (no loud bars etc)
Seemed strange that we had a kettle on the dresser but now...
