Stolen Personal Belongings - Book somewhere safer

I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to book somewhere else.
During my stay, my Apple AirPod Pro's were stolen. What made the situation even worse was the hotel's complete lack of concern or willingness to help, only being told the cleaning is a long standing member of staff. I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. They said i should of put them in the safe?

The best part was the breakfast, full buffet with choices for all types of diets. I particularly loved the smoked salmon and artisan bread. I felt the location was good, 20 minutes from major sites for walking including the Aerobus and closer to the bus station. Note, the metro stop isn't close. The bathroom had a nice shower sufficient for someone with long hair to wash! The staff were friendly though I admire...

Came here for 3 nights with bed and breakfast .
Check-in time easy and friendly staff . We stayed in a double room which was clean and also had a mini fridge which we alway find handy . Provided with shower gels etc in bathroom. Air con in room . Room was clean .

We stayed at the Sercotel Caspe for 5 nights and it was an enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean and staff were always friendly.
The rooms are small but we were only there to rest and reset. The beds were comfortable and we slept well most nights. We could hear the person beside us snoring the last 2 nights but turned on the fan to drown the noise out.
The bathroom is odd with a bathtub and then a separate walk ...
