Great location
Nice room - we had a view of the sagrada
Manuel who checked us in was very pleasant considering we arrived almost midnight.
Days after that, i would not say the same thing with the rest of the receptionist.
The guy that took our rooftop reservation was annoyed as to what time we want our reservation.
Rooftop lounge/bar: it was good area to take a picture of the sagrada. Food was okay and overpriced...

Amazing views from the rooftop bar.
Obviously amazing views which is the whole reason we went. We went 12pm and didnt feel there was much of an atmosphere unfortunately. I also feel the green Sercotel labelling around the glass somewhat ruins the view and makes it look cheap. Going at 12pm the drinks were limited until 1pm which was quite unfortunate. Also cheap plastic glasses. I understand with it being a roof...

Ive been to Barcelona a few times and recommended this hotel to family members based on location and reviews. I rarely give poor reviews , but staff unprofessional Carlos and David. Room was warm and I asked for assistance . They both were rude and said turn everything off! I needed to open windows . Now with windows open we hear everything from courtyard . I will never refer anyone back . Go for a drink on rooftop ...

This hotel is located a few blocks from Sagrada Familia and has a jaw-dropping view of the basilica from the roof-top bar. The location is far enough from the basilica to be quiet and avoid the crush of tourists and other visitors and its close enough to use as a home base and take the subway to other parts of Barcelona.
