This hotel was great for its location and modern cool vibe.
I felt safe and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
I would stay here again....

Wonderful city hotel. We had a room at the back and it was large with a sofa, huge bed and bonus of a terrace. We received lovely unexpected complimentary cava, robes and slippers so felt extra special. Breakfast was typical continental but plenty of choice. Couldn't beat the location, close to Aerobus stop, metro and 15mins walk from both major places. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable Would definitely return....

Honeymoon Disappointment Would Not Recommend

We stayed at this hotel during our honeymoon and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We were woken up early in the morning by extremely loud renovation noise drilling and banging that made it impossible to relax or rest.
The room we received was very dark, the bathroom door didnt close properly, and both the sink and the bathtub were dirty upon arrival. This is not the standard we expected, especia...

The hotel location was excellent, along with the staff who were very friendly and informative about places to visit - and avoid. If I could improve the experience I would have had someone take us to the room to explain how things work in the room. The hotel is lovely with lots of quirky amenities, but no information or booklet on how to use them....

Entering the hotel, you're immediately met with an unpleasant odor, likely from sewagedefinitely not a welcoming start.
While the hotel is clean, it shows its age. For instance, the signs on the light switches are so faded they're barely visible, which can be inconvenient.
