We are on our third day of our stay at this hotel. Despite its good location, right next to the cathedral the rooms are not great. As you might expect from city centre hotels rooms are very small with little light from the small window. However what lets the room down is the fact that the wardrobe is so small the clothes hangers have to be turned sideways. Easier to hang clothes outside of the wardrobe. No coffee mak...

Just returned from a 3 night stay with my wife and daughter.
Everything was perfect - fantastic location, easily reachable from the airport with a train / metro trip. We returned to the airport by taxi as it was early morning and there was a constant stream of taxis passing by the main road in front of the hotel.
Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and the Gothic Quarter was great.

We had a very positive experience at Hotel Suizo.
The standout feature is definitely the location its excellent. Being right in the heart of the city made it easy to explore everything on foot, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. Its an ideal base if you want to make the most of your time in Barcelona.

Great hotel, would highly recommend. We stayed at this hotel in December 2025 for 4 nights and in honesty it was far better than what we expected for the money we payed.
