I was in the Axel 2 hotel in Barcelona for 1 week with some collegues for business trip..the hotel was amazing ..the rooms and the breakfast wow...respect and queer vibe..but kindness of Gabriel made my stay feeling home. Coming back in 2 weeks again..lookimg forward...

Very smart hotel. Worth paying extra so room is away from the roads. Nice and close to metro. Breakfast is good with croissants, cooked items, cheeses meats, cereals fruits etc. lots of mirrors give a spacious feel although it takes a day or so to get used to where the walls are! My partner & I had a wonderful stay here. We had a premium room with included breakfast and for 4 nights this was the perfect size.
The service was always great from check-in to daily breakfast and then check-out.
