Wow my love and me had such a calming and beautiful massage & spa afternoon with Aida & Silvia. It was truly blissful and they took such good care of us. We were completely rejuvenated afterwards and felt so peaceful. Our bodies were completely relaxed. Thank you again so much for this amazing experience!!!! The whole spa was a place of tranquility and complete surrender.️...

The One is perfectly located for the best Barcelona sights...steps to Passeig de Gracia, you can visit Gaudi sights within minutes...steps to the best shopping and food Barcelona has to offer. Plus The One has great amenities like a Michelin star restaurant, a rooftop pool, sauna and spa services. Will definitely recommend!...

Terrific welcome. Room was immaculate and carefully refreshed each day. Any request was quickly accommodated. Breakfast service outstanding. Concierge and desk personnel were gracious. Location perfect.
This hotel is a Winner! We look forward to our next stay....

We LOVED this hotel! Its luxurious and the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning with a view of Barcelona. Very high tech hotel with so much attention to the little details! When I left my jewelry in the room on my exit they rushed to my assistance. I am a big fan and will return! ...

We stayed two nights as part of a group touring Spain. The location is excellent; the staff is friendly; and the accommodations are very good, with updated and functional amenities. The Concierge was very helpful in arranging local tickets and transport. The only negative is that the pillows were a bit soft/flat for our liking and the views from our room were unimpressive....
