I have been staying at The Social HUB regularly since they first opened a few years ago. In the beginning, the service was excellent and the overall experience felt much more personal and welcoming.
The rooms are very good, especially the deluxe rooms on the upper floors, and the newly renovated areas are modern, comfortable and well designed.

Overrated, pool closed for a party without being informed, breakfast was a mess (15 minutes to be seated and 30 more minutes to have plates full again)...

I stayed at The Social Hub for about 9 days and spent close to $2,000 total, and unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences Ive ever had.
The ONLY positive thing I can say is that a front desk employee named Mick/Mici was incredibly kind and helpful after I accidentally left my phone in a taxi. He used his own phone to help me contact the driver and honestly saved me from a horrible situation. He was...
