The hotel's evening service response was too slow, and the access control system malfunctioned, taking more than 4 hours to enter the room...

Incredible hotel, epic interiors, modern, slick, cool - great work space, food was amazing, wine was gorgeous, the rooftop bar was just incredible to! service and cleanliness were all 10/10 and im booking again 100% :-)...

We had a perfect stay at The Social Hub. Friendly staff, modern amenities, comfortable bed, clean, cosy, and great value for money. Just a 5min walk from the nearest metro station. Thank you!!...

The location was outwith the local hub and tourist attractions.
Also, some issues had arose but was satisfied once the manager had resolved my problems...
