Unfortunately, my experience with Iñaki at the reception was not the best. Although he was polite at first, I felt that he wasn't as willing to help with my questions as the rest of the team. I had to wait longer than expected to get the information I needed, and at times, the communication was unclear. Great location. Its very quiet at night and its easy to access all attractions via Metro. Very clean and very good service. Esther answered all our questions and gave us detailed instructions and suggestions. Breakfast is excellent too! Over all its pleasant stay!...

Do not recommend - horrible bedsheets

I personally do not recommend based on my experience.
We arrived at the hotel, easy checkin however once in the room my wife & I realised the room was not clean with a sticky floor and tainted bedsheets with black stains.
The staff did the necessary to change the bed sheets but still the new ones had a massive yellow stain (very gross - check the pictures).

We had a nice room and it was very quiet. Water pressure and temperature excellent.The location is a 10-15 minute walk to the restaurants. The breakfast was very good.... Overall very clean, well-located and a wonderful, friendly staff!!!

I spend quite some time at Trvalelodge in Barcelona. I am super thankful that everyone from the staff were so nice - I wanted to especially thank Esther from the front desk - who is not only a great professional but a great person as well, always willing to help guests.
