Lovely hotel in Barcelona city. Stylish outside and in. Very welcoming team. Nice bar area with comfortable seating. Breakfast is tastefully done, excellent staff....

Great hotel for a two night stay

After reading some reviews we were apprehensive about our two night stay. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely return.
We booked a balcony room. On arrival we were offered a room on the first floor at the front on the hotel or a room on the 8th floor at the rear of the hotel, we chose the latter as the road at the front is very busy and the hospital is nearby, so sirens can be heard when outside!

I stayed here for three nights and I have no complaints whatsoever. Traveling solo so I got the small room in the middle of the hotel which was perfectly quiet. No natural light didnt bother me as I was only sleeping there. Staff were polite and

Checked in a bit early 12:00 to be told room not ready. That's fine and was asked to wait. Had a walk around getting our bearings. Returned 1.5hrs later all good. Went to given room and was presented with a twin room with beds pushed together. Paid for a double and asked for what paid for. 5 min wait and correct room given. No welcome drink as advertised but so be it. Room was ok but plastic cups for tea and coffee. ...

The instructions provided on the hotel website on how to get to the hotel from the airport are simply incorrect. I hade to spend an entire additional hour at night, trying to locate the hotel. Please fix this....
