Clean and adequate but still chasing my invoice

The staff were pleasant and the place was clean. The breakfast was mid range but satisfactory. I asked for an invoice on arrival, on checkout and on by email after leaving. I need this to claim for the business trip from work but am yet to receive it. Any advice from the management would be great. The rooftop pool is small but a nice place to relax after a conference at the nearby convention centre....

Very nice property for the area. Rooms were a little small but very clean. Large shower. There was also a small refrigerator with some beverages in there but also room to put your own items if necessary. My room was extremely quiet from outside noise. But I did notice that because of the hard floors in the morning when maids are cleaning or other people are packing and getting ready to leave their tended to be a lot ...
