I have asked two times to changes of sheets on different days. It is in the cards says that every two days they change sheets. But they did not during my 5 days stay. Even though I have asked for it.

I'll also give some feedback about our trip.
Just from the hotel.
There were 11 of us, 2 couples had been there several times, we've invited friends every year. One couple was there for the 6th time.
Unfortunately, the quality has declined over the years.
I'll talk about the positives first.
The hotel program, still the same, 16:00 and 22:00 shows, every day is different, lots of decorations, good house music...

The toilets in general stink and are ugly. The water in the bathroom of the hotel room does not drain, nothing is done in case of a problem. we had very poor customer service, we had several problems, that nobody solved.
We agreed to meet the manager at 9:00 in the morning, but she didnt come to meet us.
Very dissaponting!!
Some of us couldnt get to the room for about 6 hours, because the door was broken and the technician didnt come.
In the rooms were broken water systems.
The crew knew about everything but didnt do anything to solve the problems.

RAGIB front of house was very polite. Welcomed with champagne. The rooms are
Amazing. Sauna and hot tub in bedroom. Swim up pool very clean.
Restaurant food was amazing. Breakfast lunch and dinner!
Well be returning next year for honeymoon...
