I cannot fault the hotel, the rooms, pools, sunloungers are 5 star and the staff and service are excellent. But and it is a big but....the food in the buffet restaurant is on par with a 3 star hotel if that...I arrived on Thursday, it is now Saturday and I have not enjoyed any food I have eaten other than cake and ice-cream, the food in the restaurant is at best lukewarm and bland, lots of dry meat and dry potatoes but not a bowl of gravy in sight, however you could pour over BBQ sauce if that’s your thing, vegetables are pretty much limited to broccoli which is generally cold, however there are lots of vegetables available at breakfast? I had asked beans this morning, when they opened the tray it just looked like watery tomato sauce, they had to fish out the beans from the bottom, they tasted nothing like baked beans. I am truly disappointed with the food to the point where it is spoiling my holiday, when you pay a lot of money for a weeks holiday to stay in a top class hotel you expect the food to reflect that. I look around the restaurant at meal times and I do not see many guests smiling...I know I am not, eating is a pleasure in life and should be more so when at a 5 star hotel. Truly disappointed.

This is an incredible hotel, even after the pandemic. They adapted everything so that the tourists have their perfect vacation, and they did it well. Starting from the entrance, you notice the first measures taken for hygiene. But the biggest difference you will notice, is in the restaurant, and actually this is everything you will notice during you stay probably. There are employees everywhere, ready to serve you. You can not take the food by your own. And this is probably a good thing, taking the virus into consideration. Regarding the food, I noticed that it is a little bit less. For example the beach snack bar is missing things from the menu, and the "street food snack" that was in the afternoon near the beach usually is missing completely. The staff is great as always, with special thanks to Elvira and Aida from Guest Service. They will solve everything and do everything in their power to help you out. Not only with all information you need, but also with arranging stuff for you, ordering thing you want, etc . They are the brain behind the scenes. I hope the managers see this and give them a bonus. They deserve it. Thanks again. We will be back in a few days again, can't wait.
