After having visited Turkey for over 20 years and spending holidays in various 5* hotels this was definitely the poorest of all, especially considering the price. Welcoming: Right from the beginning we were greeted badly by telling us lies about how we will get our rooms around 9 AM as we were with an infant. I do understand the 2 PM policy and I have nothing against it as now there are disinfection procedures during pandemic, but it’s not nice when you are being told lies every 2 hours that you will be given a room and nothing happens and then you are being told that they are having internal problems with the intermediary agency that did not pay the hotel for our stay, even though the money from our travel agency was transferred a long time ago. Food: The food was generally okay, but was very similar every day. Not impressive for a 5* hotel. Baby food was rarely to be found and in very little quantities. I do recommend though that you go to the Guest Relation and make reservations for the special restaurant that is offering dinner at the poolside with different themes every evening (Seafood, Italian, Mexican, Turkish, etc.). The waiters over there are very kind and attentive. Beverage: Being an Ultra-All-inclusive hotel we expected it to have at least some of the good international spirits, but there is nothing like Jack Daniels, Martini or Aperol Spritz, unless you are willing to pay extra. There are only very few international drinks and you have to ask the bartenders what exactly do they have, otherwise you are being served local drinks. Champagne was a complete joke! We had 2 birthdays which we wanted to celebrate and we had to pay 37€ for cake and a “champagne “ if you can call it like that. It is an alcohol free water with sugar that tastes nothing like champagne and costs you money, even though it is the exact same bottle of “champagne” that is served at the bars in the hotel. The Coffee - horrible! No matter where you wanted to drink a good cup of coffee, it was only from a machine, some diluted powder from Nescafé Rooms: The rooms are okay, but definitely not 5*, and probably not even 4* level. The shower head holder was shaking and falling, as were the other parts of the shower (and we were in the newest, most recently renovated building). The air conditioning was programmed to work when the hotel wanted and it was unbearable to sleep in the room. The double bed is 2 single beds put together with hight difference between them and a gap in the middle, so you can “enjoy” your sleep with your partner. The minibar was good, but frustrating that it did not work unless you left a key in the room in the special key-socket. Beach: The beach was actually nice. Not too large but enough to find a place for 2 or 3.The water very warm and pretty clean. The pools are plenty and nice with good music, although the same playlist was playing all over again every day. Personnel: This is always tricky as one person can ruin the image of the whole team. In general, the staff was very friendly and opened, ready to help you with many of your questions, but some people just didn’t care a bit about you, your baby, your stay or your money. The level of indifference of a couple of employees just threw a bad image over all the rest.

The hotel is well equipped for this period. The food in the restaurant is good. I get a room in main building and they were very kind when I asked to change to another building. The guys from reception were helpful and kind. The entertainment team is good, especially thanks for entertaining me is for Deniz.
