TUI MAGIC LIFE Masmavi

We travelled as a 3, my husband and a friend of ours, so we had a family room. 1. Room was large, air conditioning good and quiet. 2 Tv’s 2. Hotel is very large, we were in room 3109, over by spa, so quiet. Place was spotless both inside and grounds. 3. Loads of seating areas in evenings , shows good, illusionist was excellent 4. Coffee shop was large and coffees and cakes were yummy 5. Food was varied and good, always got a table even when busy 6. Staff were all friendly and polite, we did not have any rudeness 7. Pools were cold, but once you were in it was fine, 8. Beach was beautiful although it’s steps or slope down to it and our friend struggled with that. The sea was so warm, loads of beds. 9. Snack bar on beach was ok, pancakes and waffles were delicious, I think a pancake lady up around the pool would be good, I know they serve crepes but not the same. 10. I agree that there should be a top sheet,on bed as the cover is not large enough to cover 2 11. We will definitely be returning, as we paid under £700 for 14 nights!! And consider that a bargain for what we got 12. There is loads of exercise you can do, from spinning to aqua aerobics to volleyball, and there were six nets away from beach. My husband would point out that the porridge was not cooked, just oats floating in hot milk, and not enough milk puddings ever only chocolate ones occasionally, other hotels they are there all the time. Also when it was sushi this was not served on ice, and although I love sushi, I did not feel safe eating this.

This was a great holiday, fabulous rooms and wonderful food. All staff were really helpful including guest services, waiters and cleaners made the rooms look so beautiful as well as clean! The spa was lovely and appreciated there being times when families could visit. The treatment my daughter and I had was very good. My only issue is the location of the pool bar right by the accommodation. The loud music until midnight every night meant it was difficult for us to sleep. It would also be good if teens and nearly teens could do some activities with their parents. Some families love spending time together on holiday. Apart from that this was a great hotel and would visit again if we could be further away from the pool bar.

Just returned from a 5 day break to this hotel. The room was ideal and always kept clean by the very helpful staff. The food was amazing and always something different to try. The teppanyaki restaurant was well worth the extra €15. Although there were lots of families with children there we could always find somewhere that was over 16 so there wasn't a problem. The entertainment team were very good and there was always something to do. The only downside that we found was the alcohol which appeared to have been watered down, but apart from that a top class holiday
