Honest review...tried to contact the hotel on the phone before arrival, they hung up on us during transferring the call to the booking department, no reply on our 3 emails that we sent them. The biggest pain during the stay was the constant use of the room key card- you would not get a drink, snack or any of your food meals without this card. During meal times you had to sit a wait when stuff person serve you with a drink and again you must have this card with you at all times. All inclusive customers will only get two drinks per person and my boyfriend wouldn’t be able to get my drinks while I was on the toilet even though we had two separate rooms and two separate cards that he provided, they refused to serve my drink. You have to be in presence in person. However when I came down, they refused to serve us as it was 3 minutes past 11pm and all inclusive finishes at 11pm. Coffee, drinks and snacks are available in the bar 12-7pm not a min after or before. Also, this is the only hotel we know that serving the most horrible drinks for all inclusive customers as none of the cocktails are included, you have to pay for them. Radicals. Reception floor: pool area, restaurant, bar area had a contestant smell of sewage...extremely unpleasant when you waiting for the food and in general walking though it. That was majority of the days and we only stayed 5 nights there. Makes you want to go back to your room. Music all week was cheap re-mix and same songs 24/7. Soup in the restaurant is a pure water or powder soup. During the meals every day staff people was running like a headless chickens to serve everyone with drinks, no tables to sit down, one of the days we had to queue for 30 min to get inside the restaurant. Staff people had no time to interact with customers, atmosphere was very tense and stressful during meal times. On the positive note: food was ok. Breakfast was same every day. Lunches was better then dinner meals. Lots of salads and one day of a sea food. Rooms was spacious and cleaned every day. Balcony on the 16th floor was proper scary 😂 Spa: steam room, sauna and jacuzzi was a lovely relaxation time on the 19th floor and cost only €7. Surrounded area of the hotel was lovely and clean. Lots of shops near by: tobacco, food, sushi bar-is a must to visit (very fresh sushi and lovely lady serving). Beach area is a wonderful place to go to. Took us under 10 min walking there. Staff people was friendly apart a few who was very dismissive. I don’t think we go back again to this hotel.

Very lovely, elegant and clean building, beautiful view from the roof; €3 per person entry but well worth it, we stayed in the smaller building as it was an extra €10 per person per night too stay in the taller side however that does grant you the branded spirits at the bar instead of the nasty local brands, the rooms in the smaller side are bigger with bigger balconies and we found that the 9th floor was perfectly high enough. The male staff were very polite and obliging however the female staff could of been better, table service if you tip! Cleaners are very good but they clean your room regardless the “do not disturb” sign. We found the snack bar very restricted as only option of 3 toasties but a full menu of other snacks that are too be payed for. Breakfast was standard all inclusive with really nice orange juice (self service). Dinner and evening meal has fairly decent choice which was always hot. (Table service drinks). We believe the lower level restaurant too be more reliable for being served as the top seemed frantic and busier so often got ignored. Fresh fruit available and good deserts. Overall food was good but expected slightly better quality for such a fancy hotel. 3 well sized pools too swim in and a arcade. Hotel well out of Benidorm but there’s a Bus too the right side of the hotel every 15 minutes till 7:30pm that takes you straight into old town and new, couple bars and restaurants within walking distance of the main entrance as well as a supermarket and tobacconist.

First ever holiday to benidorm and what a awful hotel to choose. Food is really basic same selection most nights. Very cold pools even though it stated they was heated aswell dirty pools and no clorein in them. To top that off there is very poor customer service from the staff in every department. If you choose here you're basically just paying for the look of the hotel aswell as the views. 1* rating
