    Water reigns supreme at the Hotel Deloix Aqua Center, home to three pools, a splash park and bubbling hot tubs.

    There's a massive outdoor pool with a terrace and poolside bar here, plus an indoor spa pool with hot tubs and water jets. There are activities for little ones with a kids' club and waterslides, and adults get a rooftop pool and tennis courts. The buffet restaurant showcases international dishes and hosts regular entertainment acts.

    This sprawling hotel's in a chilled-out part of Benidorm's new town. The beach is 20 minutes away on foot, and it's a similar distance to the shops, bars and restaurants of the city centre.

    Just so you know, this hotel does not accept bookings from stag or hen parties. Due to health and safety reasons, mobility scooters aren't allowed in the hotel. You might be able to park and charge your mobility scooter outside the hotel though. If you have a Blue Badge, we'd recommend you take it on holiday with you. Manual and electric wheelchairs are fine to use inside and out.

    To the contrary of many hotels in the city, this is not a "tower" but a nicely organized 2 floor building with a nice environment (pool, ...). Quiet and convenient for a relaxing stay. About 15 minutes walk to the start of the beach. Rooms are big with a terrace. Very clean (very good cleaning team). But quality of bed is not good, especially for a family (the sofa bed is awful). For us the negative points were the service (reception) and the restaurant (service). Clearly don't ask too much to some staff members at the reception : you are bothering them and don't expect any follow up. This was clear from the attitude ... In the restaurant, it was not uncommon to stay the whole meal with all the plates on your table ... A part from one or two (Jenny for ex.), staff prefers to speak between themselves ... This is clearly not managed and would deserve a bit more control and direction. Ref. Chrismas dinner where we were ... apart from paper napkins really nothing worth.

    Love this hotel, have been twice and will go again when funds allow! Completely changes the typical "benidorm" experience to one that is calmer, classier and just as fun. Close to the centre enough to easily join the hustle and bustle but evenings are quiet for the kids. Food is fab, staff are friendly, pool is big, entertainment for kids. Just round the corner from Aqua park and zoo. Rooms are clean, everything is just great!
    Nice hotel but hot food from the buffet was luke warm at best.

    I've put off writing this review just to see if anyone reviewed from the two weeks we were there. The room and ambience of the hotel is good, the location is good to as we didnt want to be anywhere near the strip. We hired a car and went off to Valencia etc for the day. We were half board so for the first week or so thought that we had to eat breakfast and then evening meal which was 19:30 - 22.00 which we would have preferred to have eaten earlier. It wasn't until the last few days that we realised that on half board you can eat at lunch time 13:00 - 15:00 instead of evening. This is when it becomes apparent that all the food is prepared for the lunch time and much better,warmer, more appealing and not recycled like for the evening session. The hot food that is only lukewarm at best in the evening looked awful most of the time. Customers were complaining and shown a microwave sat in the middle of the display. Breakfast wasn't much better. Entertainment was some parrots one night , good for kids.

    Nice welcome from Rebeka. Really like the design of the hotel. All areas are very clean. Room was very large, balcony was a nice size, pleased to see they haven't got the usual horrible white patio set on the balcony - it's brown instead. Had a room overlooking the pool on the third floor got the sun most of the day. Hotel was very quiet while i was there. Indoor pool was good, had the pool to myself most days when i went down about 6ish. Lots of choice for food, the spring rolls are really nice. Staff are all nice and helpful. My only problem and that's nothing to do with the hotel is the barking dogs from the residential area, they would bark until quite late at night then sometimes during the night then from about 6. On a Saturday it would be most of the day, I found it quite annoying, maybe it would be different if the hotel was was busy. Apart from this I would say that I had a perfect holiday.

    This hotel is in the quieter part of benidorm.. But if you want more going on its about a thirty minute walk into town. This hotel is lovely .. Can't fault a thing , friendly staff ,lovely rooms ,and the cleanliness is excellent. We were bed and breakfast. Lots to choose from. Can get busy tho around 10am. Would highly recommend this hotel it's got something for everyone.
