    This place is definitely one for music fans – there’s a 70s, 80s and 90s theme, and regular live shows. You’ve got a large pool as well, and a choice of bars.

    This place has the best of both – it’s not right in the middle of the other Benidorm hotels, but it’s just a 10-minute saunter from the beach. Wander down the main street for five minutes, and you'll come across a bevy of tapas bars, shops and eateries.

    They specialise in musical throwbacks here, so expect decade-themed nights and live performances. The interiors are really fun, too – they're jam-packed with groovy designs and colourful, modern touches throughout.

    Just so you know, stag and hen parties are not permitted here. Due to health and safety reasons, mobility scooters aren't allowed in the hotel. You might be able to park and charge your mobility scooter outside the hotel though. If you have a Blue Badge, we'd recommend you take it on holiday with you. Manual and electric wheelchairs are fine to use inside and out.

    All reception staff very good and helpful, our wellness suite was on floor 18, very large room ,big double shower with 2 shower heads,lounge area with L shape sofa and patio door too balcony, mini bar area with selection of drinks and water.good air con unit, large bedroom area with wardrobe and plenty hangers and a safe, a swivel tv that you can see in lounge area or bedroom , the walls in the bedroom are wafer thin,you can hear people whisper even so anyone making any noise than a quiet talk and it is a big problem trying to sleep,we complained at reception. The restaurant :staff are all very nice, the selection is not the biggest and would get boring after 1 week, no plates are heated and food was not always as hot as I’d like it to be, they was no fancy show cooking ( maybe there is in peak season) or no nice patio area to eat outside in an evening. Pool area: plenty of sun beds nice quality , the flooring around the pool needs maintenance or replacement lots of rocking tiles. Clean toilet block and shower,and a lifeguard who disappeared after 1st October,there is a hoist also which the lifeguard was happy to use to lower people in and out of pool. Pool towels are supplied with a 10€ deposit Outdoor bar and snack areas are good , bar staff all very pleasant and the guys doing snacks. We upgraded to wellness suite, before we left ( £50pp) it entitled us to lot of extras , free massage ( at there other hotel ) and discount in spa, also free safe in our room, access to really lovely private lounge area with top brand spirits and bottled beers etc and all help yourself . TOP TIP buy upgrade before you arrive as 19€ pppn if you decide when you get there. The hotel seems to be in part process of being refurbed , so there is very nice areas and some not so. At present I would say the hotel is only Average , maybe when fully refurbed it can be above , but I would not go back for various reasons.

    Just come back after 5day stay , group of 7 ladies wearing 'purple hats' lol.everything about this hotel is excellent! Food, rooms, cleansliness,entertainment , location pool etc.staff are so freindly & helpful .we requested lower floors & 3 rooms together, our request was granted too! Ideal spot for being close to everything, old & new town but far enough away, only 10 mins to both!.we will b returning next oct.for sure .would thoroughly recommend this hotel to e everyone! See you next year santos benidorm suites ??

    This is our favourite hotel to stay in while in Benidorm, We have stayed here loads of times and always look forward to our visits (We are Back In November for Fiesta) The hotel is immaculately kept & food is lovely and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

    Just arrived back from another fantastic stay at this stunning hotel. The staff really go the extra mile especially Floren he is always very helpful and kind. Looking forward to seeing him and all the fabulous staff next time.

    Just returned from an amazing week at the Sandos Benidorm Suites. The hotel and staff are all fantastic. Amazing food and facilities and always plenty to see and do. 10 min walk from beach and old town. Would highly recommend this hotel and the little touches such as show cooking, sweet table some evenings, varied entertainment and lovely clean pool area. Staff and and other guests are friendly and knowledgeable of the area so this helps to plan your days. Went to the Benidorm Palace to see the Aqua show which is amazing and well worth a visit.
