Good hotel. Spacious room with tea/coffee facilities. Hotel is across from football stadium and around the corner from Gran Via so plenty around. Hotel also around 30 minutes walk from old town. A lot of previous reviews mentioned the noise but the weekend i was there i didnt notice anything too loud....

A city stop with two children (9&12 years). Family room was very spacious, clean and modern with all toiletries included, robes and slippers. A comfortable, peaceful night and a continental breakfast. Plenty of bars and restaurants on doorstep if you are looking for cooked breakfast. A 5 min stroll to San Mames stadium, a stones throw from a big undercover car park and tram stop. The tram takes you anywhere you need,...

Excellent modern hotel, centrally located, ten mi utewalk to Old Town. Gorgeous rooms, comfortable bed, duvet and pillows, great shower, quiet, luxury at a good price. Maria Gonzales was especially kind and helpful in reception....

I contacted them via email, phone, and their website for over a month due to an issue with my reservation. No one ever responded. Two months later, Im still waiting for a reply. Terrible customer service and an overall awful and frustrating experience....
