Excellent modern hotel, centrally located, ten mi utewalk to Old Town. Gorgeous rooms, comfortable bed, duvet and pillows, great shower, quiet, luxury at a good price. Maria Gonzales was especially kind and helpful in reception....

I contacted them via email, phone, and their website for over a month due to an issue with my reservation. No one ever responded. Two months later, Im still waiting for a reply. Terrible customer service and an overall awful and frustrating experience....

Comfortable and friendly hotel

Great location. Not far from the bus station, and the Guggenheim is an easy walk (that'swhy you're here, probably!) Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Clean, good-sized rooms, great staff, very helpful, especially the lady who checked us in. Would recommend....

Waste of money hotel

Really really poor hotel - bar closes at 11.00 no room service - £1000 a night - what a waste of money! No coffee making facilities! Avoid avoid avoid avoid. Service poor for a hotel in the centre of the city, wrote a complaint - no response 12 hours later...
