This hotel was a real let-down. Check-in was painfully slow and badly organised, with staff appearing overwhelmed by their own process. Unfortunately, some members of staff also came across as borderline rude rather than helpful.
The biggest issue was the room itself. On entering, there was a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom. When I asked to move rooms, I was initially told to wait while maintenance inve...

I would not recommend or ever stay at this hotel again . Room was ok , clean bed and bathroom . More like a hostel than hotel . Came back to have a drink in the bar at 10.50 to be told it was closed and this was a Saturday night . Music blaring over head from the time we arrived . Not a good experience...

Good hotel. Spacious room with tea/coffee facilities. Hotel is across from football stadium and around the corner from Gran Via so plenty around. Hotel also around 30 minutes walk from old town. A lot of previous reviews mentioned the noise but the weekend i was there i didnt notice anything too loud....

A city stop with two children (9&12 years). Family room was very spacious, clean and modern with all toiletries included, robes and slippers. A comfortable, peaceful night and a continental breakfast. Plenty of bars and restaurants on doorstep if you are looking for cooked breakfast.
