Great hotel in a superb location

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff and friendly service. Amazing location for seeing the city of Bilbao. Easy to walk everywhere including San Mamés stadium, Guggenheim and the old town is 20 mins on foot. Airport bus stops just round the corner. Loads of wee bars and places to eat right outside.
Only thing missing was a coffee machine in the room. Very comfortable and would definitely stay again....

the personnel of the hotel did not speak English
the location of the hotel was great

Clean, modern, well priced hotel in Bilbao

We stayed in this hotel in June 2024 for the weekend as a short trip to Bilbao from London. The hotel is beautifully decorated, we had a room for 3 people which was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly, and the location was great it was well connected & the area felt safe in the evening. Would highly recommend!...

Perfect hotel for our short trip

Perfect hotel for our 3 days away in Bilbao, we che led in 7pm and was fretted by 2 reception staff, our Spanish is not great so asked to communicate in English.
We were given our Room
Keys and explained about breakfast times and wi-fi.
Upon entering the hotel
Its modern and very clean and tidy, reception area is quiet with plenty of lounge areas.

I am vegan and my husband is vegetarian and the breakfast was amazing! Andoni and the chef Manuel were so caring and attentive and made special items for us! They made us feel at home! The hotel is well located and we could walk to major attractions or take the tram across the street....
