The location is excellent. Very close to attractions and a wide variety of dining and shopping. The staff are extremely courteous and the rooms clean. I would stay at this hotel again if traveling in Bilbao again....

I was looking forward to staying at this hotel again and it mostly delivers very well. I was disappointed that despite booking months in advance and checking in on-line, prior to arrival (and requesting a room with good light and a walk in shower, we we given a room wth a view of the building next door which had al bind over it, the room was quite dark and the shower was over the bath. the beside table could have had...

Well-located hotel on the Gran Via which allowed us to get around Bilbao easily. Nice welcome on arrival and very helpful information from Aitur regarding local buses, bars and restaurants.
We found the hotel room a little spartan with hard surfaces. For example, the wardrobe doors didn't soft close or have anything to stop them slamming shut and felt like they were flatpack from Ikea. Also the gym was directly ab...

We loved this hotel. Its very well located. The staff is excellent and the rooms are clean and well appointed. The room rate was very affordable but we were there in February which is low season.
