Going through the motions, lack of care, lazy maintenance. Lobby not welcoming.

Good room spacious clean good bed but tv doesnt work, only 2 coffee capsules.
Sadly no vibe at all in the lobby, dried out pintxos, dirty toilets, no welcome offerings. NH is normally great (eg NH San Sebastián). NHBilbao Ville again? NEVER....

No air conditioning, dirty balcony and terrible cleaning service.

We stayed for 3 nights and requested the front fest to fix the air conditioning several times it was never fixed which made our stay extremely uncomfortable.
The balcony is old and dirty, cleaning service was useless. ...

I was on a tour and we stayed at this property. Room 117- interior room. No street noise except Friday and Saturday. Disco music from outside.
King bed, mini bar. Nice size room. No slippers or bathrobe.
Breakfast was good. Can order eggs and specialty coffee....

Overall, a very good experience. Highlights include the restaurant and large screen, projector TV for guest viewing. Areas for improvement include laundry services, guest-use printer, and shower facilities. Would stay there again....

Great location for conferences nice room

Located meters from football and conference center. Guggenheim is just 1km away as well. Nice rooms! Clean and modern. Only issues were one sink was plugged
, nouse upstairs from eitger a noisy customer or construction...
