This is our second stay at the NH Villa Bilbao. Great location. Walking distance to the bus station and shopping on Gran Via. Bus stop outside the hotel adds to the convenience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast is very comprehensive. We had dinner twice and although the menu is limited but the food was amazing. Marcos at the restaurant is wonderful an...

Stayed here for one week in November 2025.
The hotel is located in a good spot. Lots of restaurants nearby, bus stop outside, and walking distance to the Guggenheim, shopping, and old town.
Breakfast is good with lots of selections and fresh fruit. They have a chef making custon egg/omlette orders. Staff throughout the hotel are friendly and accommodating.
