Visited in October 2025. This hotel is located in the city center on the Main Street downtown. City buses & the Hop On Hop Off bus stop right in front. The lobby is modern & theres iced water and candy. The bar & lounge are next to the lobby. Their breakfast is really good & efficient. Only a few premium rooms have views outside. The rest have views of an interior gravel lot. Im taking off 1 star because the hotel ...

The hotel was clean and centrally located. There was always a variety of dishes at breakfast and the special order omelets were good. Our room was quiet and the elevators were always working....

Great Hotel! Amazing location, 2 days in Bilbao walking around street and sigthseeing. Room and Bathroom was a great choice. I loved. Gym room was very good and with view. The team was confindent and attentioned. For sure, when in Bilbao, i'll return....
