Well-located hotel on the Gran Via which allowed us to get around Bilbao easily. Nice welcome on arrival and very helpful information from Aitur regarding local buses, bars and restaurants.
We found the hotel room a little spartan with hard surfaces. For example, the wardrobe doors didn't soft close or have anything to stop them slamming shut and felt like they were flatpack from Ikea. Also the gym was directly ab...

We loved this hotel. Its very well located. The staff is excellent and the rooms are clean and well appointed. The room rate was very affordable but we were there in February which is low season.

This is our second stay at the NH Villa Bilbao. Great location. Walking distance to the bus station and shopping on Gran Via. Bus stop outside the hotel adds to the convenience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast is very comprehensive.
