We stayed here for 4 nights in October. The hotel was very nice, situated very conveniently, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Room was attended to daily. Room was clean, twin beds, tv (did not use) and nice sized wardrobe. There was a fridge and mini bar too if required. Bathroom was spacious and roomy, with complimentary toothbrushes, shower cap provided. Buffet breakfast was available at 13 Euros ...

We had never been to Bilbao and wanted a hotel well located and this is what we got. Right in the centre of things and very well kept. Lovely room, spacious and clean. We arrived while the festival was on so the place was busy. We had booked for bed and breakfast, which had a few hiccups. The first two day no issues but the other days chaos as not enough tables, seating and staff. We eventually got sorted but this wa...

The hotel was beautiful, and although our room wasnt exactly like the one shown in the photos, it was very large and spacious for three people. Lots of mirrors, just how we like it, so we could all get ready at the same time.
