Fantastic hotel in Bilbao!

We stayed in the Grand Artiste hotel for two nights and had an amazing experience. Our room looked out to the Guggenheim Museum and was well fitted out. What really made the hotel was the staff, who were wonderful. Also, the breakfast, on floor 7 was incredible!!...

Very nice hotel. The staff is perfect, helpful and polite.
The breakfast, sitting across from the Guggenheim, is amazing. Fresh, plentiful ,good variety and the staff going out of their way to make it a pleasant experience.
What we didnt appreciate so much was the restaurant Olio in the hotel which was fussy, too rich, pretentious and very expensive despite the excellent service....

Fantastic location, very nice rooms and amenities. The staff were overall excellent. Surprisingly the hotel restaurant turned out to offer some of the best meals we had in Bilbao. I will return!!!...

Not the Luxury Experience We Expected

"We chose The Artist Hotel, part of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts collection, based on a recommendation that it was one of Bilbaos top luxury hotel's. While its location across from the Guggenheim is central, that wasnt a priority for usand overall, the experience didnt meet the standard we expected from a luxury property.
