Good overnight stay

Stopped here with our dog on the drive to the Algarve. Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Offered secure parking which was great as could leave most of our luggage in the car.
We found somewhere nearby to walk the dog. We chose the set menu for dinner and were very happy with the quality and the price.
The hotel was very good value....

Rubbish breakfast at the weekend!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Pessac on Saturday night. This is a 'business' hotel that is probably very busy in the week but almost closed at the weekend. Restaurant and bar were closed on Saturday night and Sunday morning breakfast was out of a takeaway box. None of the usual hot food options just a coffee machine without any fresh milk. And for the same price as breakfast in the week. We opted for the H-Inn over th...

A/C wouldnt work and I was too hot all night.

The hotel was ok, but there was a hair in my bed which was not pleasant and the A/C wouldnt work. My husband went down to ask for a key to open the window and they said it wont open. It was so hot at night!! Not a comfortable night. I am sure it will be ok in winter, but I wouldnt stay there again...

Great Place to stay

This is an excellent hotel with a great location. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. Receive an upgrade with my goodies. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Maybe next time I will do so. IHG hotels are the tops in my book....
