This pretty hotel is in a quiet area of Bordeaux in a side street but still within walking distance of the city centre. It suited our family party of 6 adults perfectly. If you want lounges, bars and restaurants within your hotel it may not be for you but there are seating areas in the courtyard and the breakfast room where you can gather to relax with your own wine. Great little hotel, 10 minutes walk from downtown.
Most importantly, the staff is extremely helpful and attentive to any request.
Rooms were clean, and the price was very reasonable....

This hotel could be excellent, but there were too many issues.
The negatives first...
- Shower door didn't close properly and had a gap at the bottom, meaning the bathroom floor was flooded and the shower mat was always sodden.
- What appeared to be excrement on the toilet wall.
- One of the towels had a nasty stain on it.
