No frills, but a clean, well located hotel, staffed by friendly people.
Rooms, maybe a tad small, but given location, that is a small gripe. However, the room more than sufficed and sleep quality was excellent. The hotel has plenty of local transport links, bars, and restaurants on your doorstep....

Helpful hotel staff at the reception and with the bar. Good healthy breakfast options. Clean and comfortable room with some useful extras - room safe and coffee machine. Fresh chilled water available 24 / 7 on the ground floor. Quiet room, despite city centre location. Shops and restaurants are on the doorstep as is the Tourist Information. This was a fantastic hotel. Bang central two mins to everything. All staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms perfect. Food great what more can I say....

Substandard rooms and cramped reception

The room didnt have a window, just some weird opening at foot level. The sink didnt work well and the room could use a good scrubbing. The staff was pleasant. The location of the hotel is great but the actual hotel is not. Wouldnt stay there again....

A great place to stay.

The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was very good with a good diversity of food of excellent quality. The breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful, but the best thing was the perfect location in the centre of the old town. Plenty of restaurants and cafes near by and everything in walking distance....
