Unexpected Charges and Limited Housekeeping Detracted from Stay

I was really disappointed with my recent stay due to a lack of housekeeping, which was not disclosed at check-in. I only found out after returning late to an unserviced roomit was frustrating and left me feeling misled.
To make matters worse, the hotel charges a $25 "destination fee" that wasn't mentioned when booking through the Marriott app. This feels deceptive, especially for a property that doesnt offer full-...

This was my first trip to Boston, and I had no idea where to stay. I picked this hotel because it looked like it was close to restaurants and had a fairly easy walk to the subway. I also picked the hotel because it was one of the very few that offered a "separate" room with a sofa bed for the kids. I was apprehensive because some some reviews noted that they could hear the noisy traffic.

Absolutely fantastic service. Rachel went above and beyond for me and my family. Will be checking out tomorrow, but we have had a wonderful time so far. Rachel even texted to ask how we were and if we needed anything else. Would definitely stay here again for our next Boston trip....

I stayed at this hotel the very first night it opened, and typically I stay here every time I come to Boston, either for work or pleasure.
