Beating the Snow

First time staying here, but wont be the last. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Staff was exceptional, great customer service and made great recommendations for dinner. The hotel is located in a great area to walk around. Stayed to beat the snow and be close to the Boston Convention Center....

My stay was excellent. Carrell and Rachel were professional and knowledgeable. The lobby was immaculate and very well kept. I could tell the housekeeping crew cares and takes pride in what they do. Sonia was friendly. I will recommend to my friends and family....

I had a great stay at the AC downtown Boston. Everyone at the front desk (Sindy, Carrell, Rachel) that I dealt with was extremely helpful and pleasant, the rooms were clean, and the hotel was very conveniently located by good restaurants. Will definitely stay again!...

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at when Im in the city. The rooms are not only beautiful, but the location is also fantastic. Ive stayed here three times, and each visit has been better than the last. A big shoutout to Rachel and Carrell for their exceptional hospitality! This was my 2nd time at this AC and I plan on staying again when I visit family in South Boston. Rachel at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She checked in with me a few times to ensure everything was going smoothly. It's wonderful to have someone so caring in that role. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean.
