Beware destination fee add-on

Hotel was fine However they added a destination charge at check-out which was not disclosed either at the time of booking or during check-in. Their confirmation email mentioned a $60/day valet charge, but not the destination fee. It took me several emails to get it refunded....

light sleeper so take this with a grain of salt, but the windows, doors, and floors are pretty thin and don't do much to block out any external sound, so it doesn't really matter where you are in this hotel, you're going to hear *something.*
