Clients review
After our flights were delayed, we stayed at this hotel and what can we say! Amazing, very close to the airport, Cristian (hope I spelt it correctly) was sooooo empathetic and listened to help! He made us feel comfortable and was able to help us out!
Breakfast was cosy, variety and filling wish they had bigger coffee cups lol
Rooms were 9/10
- our shower had some issues with the soap but nothing ...

We stayed for 5 nights as attending a course on the premises. Nice modern hotel close to Victory Lane and Piatta Romana, further away from old town but easy to get to as Metro and bus stops nearby. Rooms were very clean, large and comfortable although very noisy at the front with open window. Internet is poor and better to use own phone hotspot. Breakfast is very good but the exact same every morning which is a bit r...

Capital Plaza is the hotel in Bucharest where I like to return. It is located conveniently close to public transport, it offers quality services and the staff are professional, efficient and friendly. The food is excellent both at breakfast and in the restaurant; the rooms offer all the comfort, are clean and provide for all your needs.

Our first visit to this hotel on our trip to Bucharest. Very happy with the contact from the hotel following our booking. Hotel is very clean, and rooms are a good size. Breakfast menu and food was very good. All the hotel staff were very helpful. Highly recommend and will use this hotel again on our future visits to Bucharest....
