Organised my own civil marriage ceremony on Pi Day, at the Caro Hotel's Wine Bar. Top drawer location on the Tei Lake shores. Excellent food and cocktails as was the restaurant's staff (Mr. Rotaru, Valentina and Daniel, in particular). Relaxing atmosphere, super facilities, best value for your money in Bucharest...

Location is really good, the surroundings are great! The rooms could use some minor maintenance, but the staff is always great! Especially Valentina at the wine bar! I will definitely visit again....
