Hotel Cismigiu was a great place to stay! Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hot water in the shower works in the opposite direction, however once you sort that out all is well. There are great restaurants near by in walking distance and beautiful views of the city from balcony rooms. Highly recommended!...

Really enjoyed our time here. They were super friendly at the front desk and spoke some English, which was helpful. The elevator going up to the room was small, but that is typical for any European hotel. They did have two elevators, which was nice. Our room was a king suite and it was even better than we expected. We had two little balconies that overlooked the street. The room was large with a full kitchen. The bed...

I have traveled extensively around the world, from Paris to Rome, and even visited the 7 Wonders of the World, but I have never encountered a hotel as well-organized, spotless, and welcoming as Hotel Cișmigiu. we had a couple of questions prior to our arrival via email. The responses were prompt and helpful.
Front desk - 5 out of 5
we were there for 9 nights. Every interaction with the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Sepcial thanks to Bianca. She worked the evening shift and went the extra mile to help us out with something housekeeping issue.

I looked at so many hotels and finally decided on this partly due to the reviews.
We were checked in early and our room was ready. Lovely apartment, all clean and a supply of goodies in our mini fridge (chargeable but reasonable).
It wasnt apparent it was near to the old town until we delved into it more. 10 min walk to a lovely little park. Easy to get Ubers which we did to everywhere. Cheap too.
