Noisy and uncomfortable

Stayed late March. Rooms very hot and no air conditioning turned on yet for the season. Four rooms booked. Two rooms were supposed to have two beds but they were not separated and no housekeeping to do this after 4pm. One room didnt have ability to open window so very hot. Not a comfortable stay. Front desk forgot to give us back our passports (left on copy machine). Credit card machine didnt work an we had to go...

The hotel is okay for location but I would avoid it at all costs if you want to sleep! The noise is unbearable from the pubs and clubs that are in the area and it goes on until 5 in the morning, it is not the hotels fault but it totally spoils the stay....

Great location. Sadly the lift was out of order and we were put on the 3rd floor. The rooms were very hot and the bathrooms were very dated. Our tea and sugar wasnt replenished for the duration of our stay....

This hotel is fab! Its in the old town and there is everything on your doorstep. The breakfast is simple but perfect to start your day. Dont forget to check out the bar behind the secret picture!! Thats so cool! The room was great, warm, clean, there was road noise but earplugs solved this. I cannot fault this hotel in any way.
