Regularly using this hotel, great location walk distance to the airport, great services, would like to highlight Cristi and Alexandra from reception desk for great pro customer approach. Happy to coming back to this hotel...

Very convenient location when you fly. Room was ok, nothing special. Bit too basic. Hotel provided sleepers and tissue box. Room ambiance , just ok. I would not give 4 stars. The room was clean and the bed also.
Value for money , not the best.
Reception check in was ok.
Service in restaurant was very good....

Five stars for a flawless experience. While the hotel facilities are excellent, it is the staff that makes the difference. Cristi and Alexandra provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They are the reason I will be returning to this hotel on my next trip to Bucharest/OTP....

Great hotel, pity about the beds

Lovely new hotel but the beds need attention. They are amazingly comfortable but they are so noisy that you wake your partner every time you rollover. Obviously the managers havent slept in the rooms.
In addition the shower leaks so bad that there was a stream of water pooling in the corner of the bathroom.
However, it is a lovely hotel and in spite of waking often we did sleep fairly well.
