Great Place to Stay in Bucharest

We returned to this hotel after an excellent experience the previous times
We arrived in the evening, Marius welcomed us with a smile, cold water and sweets. We were given a beautiful room with a view of the green field. The room was clean, well equipped with a large TV and lots of English channels.

I had such a pleasant experience at the hotel thanks to Alexandra at the front desk. She welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely taken care of from the very first moment. Shes incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help. Even though I had a few last-minute requests, she handled everything quickly and with so much patience. We spent the night here to visit Therme. We were able to check in an hour and a half early which was good otherwise we would have had to wait in the lobby. Some of the staff were lacking customer service skills. No smiles and looking pretty miserable. There was however a lovely Waiter in the restaurant who was welcoming. The food was good. The gym was good but I cant comment on breakfast because we missed this !!

The most convenient airport hotel as it takes 5 minutes to walk to the terminal. The hotel is new. The room was good size. They have a nice underground garage. And the car return is within walking distance too....

Shocking behavior

Overheard Front Desk using derogatory comments about guests; very disappointing for a Hilton. Property itself is very nice, clean and convenient. Am a frequent guest who always enjoyed and recommended it in the past, but am now appalled by the offensive behavior of the Front Desk staff....
