Stayed here for 2 weeks with my daughter when she travelled to Bucharest for surgery. The hotel is so central, in a safe area. However, the best thing about our stay was the staff, they were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless, very comfortable and the beds were SO comfortable! Thanks to the lovely Liliana, our room was kept clean and tidy every day. The breakfast here is deli...

Alex and David at the reception truly made a fantastic first impression. They were friendly helpful and welcoming. They also gave us some fantastic recommendations of what to do whilst in Romania. The hotel was a brilliant location, easy walking distance to the old towns bar shops and restaurants. That atmosphere in the hotel was lovely, peaceful but with enough going on. This was our fourth stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in old town Bucharest. Once again we very much enjoyed our stay. The hotels location is great.
We have always stayed on the top floors with a nice view of the city. The room is very good and we like the walk in shower. The cleaning lady who did our housekeeping on the seventh floor was outstanding and deserves full credit.
