Unprofessional and rude staff from the front desk Not refund you even if you notify them FEW days in advance. They refused to rebook the room for other date, refund policy is missing from their website. POLICY "You not coming, you lose the money.". BEWARE! DO NOT pay at the counter , always pay through booking platforms, as they will not refund you even if you notify them 3 days in advance. The refund policy is missing from their website, and when you challenge their staff, they say there is no refund policy: "You not coming, you lose the money.". Nice hotel located into a pleasant area

A short stay, extended longer than the originally foreseen term, also allowed my fiancée to visit the pleasant area of Bucharest where this hotel is located. Services and amenities are good, as is the location, close to a shopping center and to a beautiful tree-lined boulevard.
For the rest, nothing to complain......

To begin with in 25 years of staying in a hotel, have I encountered this level of unprofessionalism from a front desk. Extremely rude personnel - Ms. Loredana is a total nightmare, bad attitude, hanging up the phone, being extremely rude to the client while asking for minimum things like water in the room (minibar was empty) & flip-flops (which she couldnt provide - I suspect out of bad intentions). An old building, although inside looks just fine. The room was specious, comfortable bed, internet connection ok. I travelled with co-worker and could not have dinner in hotel, cause the restaurant serves breakfast only . It is unexpected in 4srars hotel. The breakfast was not a plentiful one. For that price I would expect more in other places. Capitol city....
