Impossible to sleep - loud music all over the hotel until late

The hotel is using the lobby as a party venue, with loud music until very late - it happened twice during my stay. I could hear the drums of techno music in my room - this is why, now I understand, they provide you with earplugs. When around midnight I called to complain, they did nothing. I then went down to the lobby and it was full of drunk people, and the music was so loud that it was not easy to speak. They firs...

Overall, a gorgeous historic hotel, very clean. Room was spacious. Hotel is located by museums, revolution square and Kretzulescu church. There are also shops and restaurants nearby but it slightly further from old town area (still walkable & there is uber, taxi). Didn't try the breakfast at the hotel but there is a cafe by the entrance, Coffee Athenee, that served really good food, desserts and coffee. A bit pricy b...

The hotel location is great with a lot of restaurants nearby.
The atmosphere feels like a walk into history when you enter.
The room was clean and very comfortable.
Breakfast had a wide variety and also gave a non-gluten option.
SPA area and GYM were clean and well maintained....
