It is said to be number 1 here, had a little doubt how I will be handled , but now I am 5/5 satisfied with the hotel. Location is perfect, noise level is practically 0, rooms are clean and luxurious and value for money is great....

I had been looking forward to unwinding at the spa after a long day of walking, but arrived just as it was closing at 5pm earlier than the usual 8pm schedule. Narcis kindly explained they would reopen at 8 the next morning, I was not amused as I was leaving the next day.

A very beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant. The atmosphere is very welcoming and customer-friendly. The staff are well-groomed, neat, and helpful. We will definitely come back again....
