Changing to worse and amazing lounge service

Everything was ok, but there is a change in the air. "Savings" atmosphere is in the air, for example reducing the lounge hours, no more breakfast in the business lounge. This is a direct hit for me as a business person , as i invite business meetings for breakfast. So, i contemplate if for future i will visit this hotel

Currently still at the hotel, but having a wonderful experience. The staff is amazing. The room is clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel location is very convenient.

I Was Hoping to Complain, But the Lounge Staff Ruined My Plans (Mostly)

Usually, you can always find at least one little thing to criticize at a hotel, but this stay was mostly outstanding. The property itself is meticulously maintained, but let's be honestthe real highlight and the main reason to stay here is the Club Lounge.
