We stayed in one of the family rooms (2 adults and 2 children aged 5 & 9). They loved how big and spacious the room was, especially as they had their bed upstairs with a bathroom. There was plenty of storage room, a mini-bar, safe, coffee machine etc. The room was always cleaned for the 4 days we were there.

Disappointing Stay Definitely Not 5 Stars
We booked a junior suite for 4 nights at Aurea Ana Hotel Budapest, expecting a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, it barely meets the standards of a 3-star hotel.

5 star hotel price with problematic service.

The building was nice. The breakfast was very good given in a nice room. however the service of the hotel has problems. The linen were not changed for one week. Then towels were very old and heavy. the elevator really did not exist, very small and never available. The personnel was polite but never helpful. The reception never answered any call....

Unbeliever experience

Completely disappointed with this hotel. When we came back from tourism after lunch, the door of our room was fully open!! Unbeliever to understand how this happens in a 5 stars hotel.
The towers werent changed for new ones i am sure there is better 5 stars hotels with better service...

Amazing and beautiful building. Staff wonderful and very helpful. Visited with my mum and she loved her stay the staff made us feel welcome and helped by recommending things to see and do. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfy, happy place to stay. The breakfast was so good I will be back in the future....
