Levante Park

from booking the holiday in oct 2019 to coming home there was nothing i could find to complain about. all hotel staff very friendly and polite. hotel and grounds very clean.entertainment superb.food great. would have no reservations of going back.

So impressed with my recent 2 week stay at Levante Park. The hotel is situated opposite Hotel Levante and is a short walk from the marina and Cala Millor. There are many shops next door selling all kinds of drinks and snacks if needed - although we were usually so stuffed from breakfast we didn’t have any lunch! The rooms are spotless, towels are provided and replaced each morning. All rooms are equipped with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge - really nice touch to keep drinks cold throughout the day. One little thing that could be improved was the number of plug sockets in the room as we only had one which the TV was plugged into. We brought an extension cable and had to unplug the TV whenever we needed to use the socket. The air conditioning is very quiet and did keep the room very cool, I would recommend leaving the air conditioning on during the day otherwise it does tend to be quite warm on an evening. Breakfast was so good I left the room needing a nap I was that full 😂 eggs, bacon and crepes were all made to order by a gorgeous lady who is really a credit to the team. They also had a variety of fruit, pastries and cereal. The evening meal was always amazing with something new to try each night, it was a lovely atmosphere in the dining room and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool area is quite small but we never had a problem to find a bed or use the pool. Each day there were a number of activities ran by the TUI team who were also the entertainment on an evening which was really nice to get involved in. There is also a pool bar serving food and soft/alcoholic drinks all day. There is also the option of going across the road to the Levante to use their pool facilities free of charge. Although the hotel is quiet on a nighttime, we walked over the road to see the Levante entertainment which was always amazing. The TUI team always came round to see how everyone was and was nice to get to know them all more throughout our stay. It was really nice to be able to come back to our hotel and get a drink at the bar and chill out before we went to bed. Overall our stay was amazing and all our party had a lovely time. Thanks to the TUI and hotel staff you were gorgeous and very helpful - can’t wait to go back!

We received a very warm welcome when we arrived at Levante Park. We had paid for a Superior room which we found wasn’t very spacious. The sea view from our balcony was stunning and we received a complimentary bottle of red wine, some fruit, bottle of water, flower in the bathroom and the use of a safe. There wasn’t enough hanging space and there was nowhere to put suitcases. The iron beds were very uncomfortable and after the first night I went to reception so they kindly put me a mattress topper on my bed which made it slightly more comfortable. The room was badly lit and it very difficult to apply makeup. Our room was kept very clean by the house keepers. The rooms shown on the website are not the same as they were in the hotel. I would not pay for a superior room again. We arrived at lunchtime so we went for lunch at the Levante Beach Bar across the road and both had a lovely salad which was a very good portion. The main evening entertainment was in the Levante but we had quieter entertainment in our hotel which was relaxing. The food on the hotel was very nice with lots of choice at both breakfast and in the evening. If you wanted freshly cooked meat there was a chef cooking whatever you had chosen. Sometimes our table was cleared before we had finished but the staff were so friendly we didn’t mind. We were impressed that the dress code for the evening meal was upheld. There was a quiz everyday also a daily quiz sheet which we enjoyed. The hotel is on the sea front and has a very flat walk all along to Cala Millor. It was wonderful to be able to stroll and there was some wonderful eating and drinking places. On departure there is a luggage room with free luggage scales which were very handy. Overall this is a very nice hotel with very friendly, helpful and dedicated staff.
