Protur Aparthotel Bonaire - Self Catering

We love this hotel ❤️ This was our second stay. Normally we wouldn't stay where there's lots of children, but this hotel has it sorted. Lovely, spacious & clean rooms with everything you need. Pool area and bar are immaculate - considering we were some of the first tourists this year they certainly hit the ground running. The best thing about this holiday - the staff. What can I say - amazing! Everyone - the Tui reps, entertainment team & the hotel staff. Unfortunately, Covid 19 struck whilst we were staying there, but the staff kept us up to date and safe. Nothing was too much trouble, despite them not knowing what would happen with them and their jobs should the hotel close. Well situated - only 10 minutes walk to the seafront or supermarket. Plenty of restaurants around, although not all were open so early in the season. Would happily return again & hope to some time soon. Great place, lovely holiday!!!

Our first time to this hotel and we really hope to go back. We stayed for 7 nights from 18 July to 25 July. The hotel staff had clearly worked hard to get ready to reopen and I don’t think they could’ve done more. Sensible precautions in place and everything immaculately clean. We were all inclusive and thoroughly enjoyed the meals. Buffet breakfast was laid out buffet style but plated by the staff. Lunch at the pool bar was great, excellent choice of pizzas, sandwiches, burgers all made to order. Dinner was served in the a la carte restaurant as the hotel wasn’t busy enough to open the main buffet room. Our servers Luci and Transi were very friendly and helpful, and Maria at breakfast. They all worked so hard, it’s such a shame that the quarantine was reinstated. We mainly stayed at the hotel, but the local shops and restaurants all looked good, nice selection. We took a short taxi journey to Cala Millor and had a lovely day at the long sandy Beach. Pool area is lovely and the giant ‘bubble’ in the pool was great fun to climb up and jump off. Hours of entertainment for the kids. The free format pools are nice and well kept. Our family room looked liked it had been refitted recently and included a kitchenette with fridge. We hugely appreciate the whole teams hard work to give us a fabulous holiday and we have our fingers crossed for them that they can survive this challenging time.

Ww arrived July 21st 5 days in found out we needed to quarantine so put a dampener on r stay Hotel lovely quiet location not far to cala bona and cala millor Lovely clean excellent facilities lovely staff especially the English lady on reception who helped when I hurt my ankle From start to finish great hotel Great tui entertainment team even though there weren't many of us holiday makers there. Cleaners friendly in fact not one problem at all. If you are looking to come to this hotel please do as I very rarely give any hotel 5 but on this occasion I do Hope to go back due to exceptional staff in this hotel.
