Jiva Beach Resort

Stayed as a last minute holiday and really enjoyed our stay. Our maid (we stayed in room 810) was fantastic! I would appreciate it if she is given some recognition. Really enjoyed the lagoon in the centre of the resort, full of wildlife including turtles. Entertainment staff work really hard. Big thank you to Rodney 😁. Not a great choice for vegetarians, i lived on salad, bread and potato wedges but lots of restaurants nearby. Cocktails were undrinkable, had a really strange taste. Overall enjoyed our holiday.

We have just returned from Jiva Beach and words can not describe how impressed we were. We had a swim up room which was a very good size and very clean, we loved people watching whilst laying on our sunbeds. We had a room a few doors down from the buffet restaurant, we had the sun from first thing in the morning until around 4pm. Wi-Fi in the room was non-existent, however we could get it whilst on our terrace and everywhere else around the resort. The food was very good for an all inclusive resort, being vegetarian my only slight issue was with the al a carte restaurants. They did offer a veggie dish on all the menu's but they just seemed to be vegetables in a sauce. The buffet however we had no problems with plenty for us to eat and enjoy. We especially enjoyed the jacket potatoes at lunch time. The staff were fabulous! especially Stevie in guest relations, my other half had an issue with some of his jewelry changing colour in the pool (which was not their fault!) he only visited Stevie to see if she knew somewhere he could get it sorted and she launched a full investigation to find out why and even called her friend who owns a jewelry shop to tell her we would be visiting. Nothing was ever a problem, wasps nest in the umbrella, sorted. Need an extra pillow, sorted. All the staff were extremely polite and even those who spoke very little English still tried to say hello or good morning. The resort had everything you needed, we loved visiting Lukka Lounge for an afternoon coffee and cake and enjoyed there being some on site shops. The sunset you can see from the beach a this resort is breath taking, we often sat at the lagoon bar and watched the sun go down. My only criticism is how the loud the music around the pool is during the day, it seemed to get louder and louder as the week went on, it started at 10am and didn't finish til 5pm and unfortunately for us our room was directly behind the speaker. We were very very impressed with this resort and have already discussed returning next year, we've only been back 2 days!

Top 5 star hotel very clean very freindly staff we stayed at this hotel as a family of 7 for 14 days The ony i thing that i found was very dim lighting at night. other than that would definetly recomend Hotel.
