    Nice hotel, clean big rooms The food and drinks was okay... Normally I’m not that fun off all inclusive, but this was actually good!!! My girls likede the kids club and disco in the evening.. The pool was nice, but to cold, we was on holiday in october.... I would recommend this hotel to people with young children....

    I stayed at this hotel from 27th October until 3rd November. Hotel looked fabulous in photos but was far from fabulous. We arrived very late on our first night and there was no travel cot in our room. Hotel charge for hire of travel cot which is crazy when you have paid to go on holidays with your children and already specified their ages. Our room had a horrendous smell of sewage and was covered in damp mouldy spots. Room was cold all week. Unfortunately weather was awful and it rained all week so we had to spend a lot of time in room. Tv had no signal either. When we spoke to reception about this on our first day they blamed it on weather and said an engineer was coming out. It worked for about two hours the next day and then nothing the rest of week. Popcorn machines, teddy bear machines and hobby horse machines all took your money but didn’t work. Shop on complex was advertised as open to 8 but when I walked one night In lashing rain for milk it was closed at 7.20. On three occasions our room key didn’t work. We were on second floor and the first time my wee boy had been sick and we were covered in vomit and couldn’t get into room. When we complained reception tried to blame me for having key near phone or credit cards which wasn’t the case. Then they said it was a bad system and that if the hotel didn’t change it they wouldn’t be working there next year. No apology was given. So unprofessional. On the Wednesday morning of our stay the hotel emailed us asking us to rate our stay and asking if there was anything they could do to improve it. Both myself and my husband emailed back and received an email saying a member of staff would be in touch soon. No one ever contacted us! Other visitors at hotel transferred to different hotels as they were not impressed. I do appreciate weather could not be helped but in no way did hotel try to make our stay any better. It was the last week of season and it was as if they couldn’t wait to get rid of us. After spending £2000 on holiday I expected better! We stayed in another four star hotel in Majorca this year and it was amazing in comparison to this run down hotel. We selected the self catering option but due to awful weather conditions we would have liked to change to all inclusive but at 180 euro extra a day we decided not to. It was far cheaper to walk in rain and eat out. One morning breakfast cost us 60 euro and my boys hardly ate a bite. Totally overpriced hotel compared to others that are available. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone unless you are very easy pleased.

    We took our three month old here for her first holiday and we cannot fault anything. We had a swim up room which was great, lovely outdoor space, would be perfect for older children to watch in the pool from. Great play area. Staff all lovely and happy to help. Evening entertainment every night. Restaurants in the hotel, cannot comment on as did not use but must be good as full every night. Ten minute walk to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars.

    Spent 10 days here in mid October in a Royal Terrace with hot tub all inclusive. Room was fantastic with plenty room and we loved the terrace. We had a problem with our hot tub but we were immediately moved to another room with an equally lovely view of a pool and gardens next to reception. Hot tub was fantastic as pools a wee bit chilly in October. The whole hotel and rooms were very clean and housekeeping came in daily. We have stayed in Zafiro hotels before and both times found the standards of food and drinks to be very good. Cocktails, smoothies and milkshakes were particularly good! I was slightly disappointed that the wine was on tap in the dining room, I had preferred having the waiter service and bottles of wine we got in the Zafiro Tropic. We visited the a la carte restaurant twice and the food was lovely and we got a bottle of wine here! Breakfast was excellent and we had lunch every day at the pool bar where there was a wide choice on the menu and friendly waiters served your meal. Highly recommend the Baileys Frappe and caramel Latte Machiatto. Our boys are 15 and 12 and although the hotel has much more for younger children they loved the wet bubble, boomerang slide, played football, mini golf and joined in shooting and archery. Younger kids seemed to love the mini disco and we watched the later shows a few times and they were quite good, always an outside act not just entertainment staff putting on a show. I enjoyed aqua fit and spinning but didn’t get round to trying Pilates or Yoga. The beach is a 10 minute walk and the sea was warm enough to swim in with a lovely sandy beach, nice walks both ways towards Playa du Muro or the marina. We got a bus on the other side of the park in front of the hotel to Puerto Pollença for a couple of euros well worth a trip it’s such a pretty town! We also hired bikes at hotel and cycled into Alcudia one morning, easy flat roads all the way. We would love to return but sadly we won’t be able to. Our youngest turns 13 soon, so is classed as an adult, and the room capacity is 3 adults and 1 child. A real shame as rooms so spacious and we loved this hotel group.

    6 nights at half term were wonderful. Lovely room, food fantastic, staff attentive, friendly, professional. A lovely feel to the place. Ask about the ground floor rooms with hammocks and little swimming pools right outside the room.
