Cleanliness should be the first priority of any hotel. I found hairs and dirty water streaks on the bath, and that ruined the whole experience, as I find a dirty shower unacceptable. To add to the offence, the checkout instructions clearly stated any used diches or kitchen elements should be cleaned before leaving, or an extra fee would be charged. I found that a bit ironic given the circumstances.

Near from Cité, clean and quiet, convenient for tourism and seminars or other events. The small kitchen could be better but it's enough for short stay....

A good choice for accommodation, a 4-minute walk from "la cité". A large and spacious apartment with a very comfortable double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living-dining room. The kitchen is well-equipped (except for cleaning supplies, which you can buy at reception).
The toilet is in a separate space, which is always useful, and the bathroom has a bathtub and curtain (the bathtub seals could be improved)...

Location is great, but facilities, amenities, and breakfast all fall short.
Kitchen stove/ sink were so broken we couldnt open the cupboard to access the pots. Exposed electrical in the living room, bathroom ceiling is missing large chunks of spackle
Ive stayed at 5 different hotels over the last 2 weeks in France and the breakfast here was a 3/10 at best..
Only warm food was coffee and toast...
