You cannot drive to this hotel!

Arriving late at Carcasonne Aiport, we collected a hirecar for the 12 mine drive to the hotel. It took 90 minutes. Although we were not given hotel acces/parking instructions (Trip.com), the hotel shows private parking as a facility. However, the arrival procedure should have been to report to a private electronically gated car park outside the citywalls (not hotel satnav coords) where you and luggage will be transp...

Nice hotel, but we where a group of aix couples, on arrival they stated the the hotel was full and place five couples at the hotel and us at an annex building on the other side of the street. The room was terrible compared with the others, hot, noisy and a moldy smell. We should have looked for an alternative but it is high season and we have made the reservation three months in advanced and confirmed the previous d...

In our opinion this hotel doesnt deserve its three stars, at least the room we had. It was in need of an update, especially the bathroom. It is a big hotel however and some rooms may be better. Good central location but a long way from the car park to lug your suitcases ( You do get help on arrival but none was offered on our departure)...

Perfect location in La Cité Médiéval de Carcassonne

Ideal location in the Cité Médiéval, and only a 10 minute walk along the cobblestones through the Porte Narbonnaise from where the Airport Navette/Shuttle bus drops off passengers.
There are plenty of good eateries close by and definitely no 'fast food' establishments in the vicinity.

We stayed at the hotel for the small family reunion trip in June 2025. Incredible place right in the center of medieval town. Incredible breakfast, beautiful peaceful inner garden, amazing helpful personnel! We loved the place and cant recommend it more!!!...
