A very special hotel, fantastic location, great staff, and a fantastic manager! The breakfast was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top notch! The views from the room of the castle was spectacular and breathtaking! The gym and spa were up to scratch! The mass RJ had was one of the best massages I've ever had anywhere in Europe! This hotel is outstanding, NOTHING is too much trouble for any of the staff!!
The inside of the hotel is better than the photos.
Bedrooms are large and have everything you need and more x
Atmosphere very friendly and if I could give the hotel 20 out of 10.
PLEASE GO AND HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.

This really is an exceptional hotel. What a shame we only stayed one night en route to the ferry in Barcelona. Wonderful check-in staff (all) who sent us to the highest floor, far end of the corridor, as we had a dog (and quite right too!) and we ended up with a gigantic room with lobby, separate loo, two large double beds, a huge bathtub and all the extras (slippers, bathrobes, coffee machine, chilled water/juice)...

by far not a 5 star hotel, old style decoration, humidity smell around the coridor and room
terrace of the room in bad condition...
