Fabulous hotel!
This wonderful hotel was our base for a tour of the area with Great Railway Journeys in August.
From start to finish the hotel looked after us very well. Super room with super king bed and balcony with uninterrupted view of the fort. Room fridge stocked with soft drinks replenished daily and lovely bathroom.

️Room cleaning fine
X Maintenance issues, eg light not working, wobbly tap, bath plug didnt seal
X Breakfast - as described in other reviews, breakfast service was awful, with only one or two staff, tables not cleared, food not replaced after tour groups breakfast. Our third day was better, when more staff were on duty. Food not bad...

Good location, rooms well appointed but ... If you are vegetarian/vegan or have allergies you will struggle to eat here. Catering very limited apart from breakfast which is diverse but traffic can be challenging if busy as space is limited. With only 2 coffee ot tea making machines, queues quickly form. Not sure what is 5 star here....

Not up to 5 star rating. No apparent signs of any management. Staff lacked training and were few in number, porter service zero. Swim pool dirty with grease mark along water line. Breakfast chaos with inconsistent quantities of food and POOR quality. Trip tours took most of what was out with them. Carpet and room marked with stains. View from balcony of room 115 a dirty enclosed area with weeds growing through tiles....

Room service, reception and location very good. Unfortunately, breakfast quite poor, buffet very simple with no cook service available and not ready if you go early. Definitely below a 5***** hotel expectations. Quality-price not worth it....
